Thursdays are inspection days at noon meal formations. That means, it's shining shoes time when I got out of my lab early. I haven't shined my shoes in a while, so I'm trying to get back on track with all that (especially with uniform changeover coming up, meaning I need to get those whites, white).


Noon meal formation and inspection go outside at T-court at 1205.






Today there were about a million announcements before noon meal (sometimes called lunch in parts of the world), so we were waiting outside for a long time after coming from putting away our instruments.





This is the beautiful Naval Academy Chapel where I get to go to Mass after lunch. Today was the only time this week that I got to go to lunchtime Mass because of NAFAC stuff, but I'm glad that I got to go at all and I'm glad this picture turned out.
